Welcome to My Tapasya. We strive to provide high-quality products, services, events, courses, and digital content. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which refunds, cancellations, replacements, and returns may be requested.

By purchasing or using any product or service offered through My Tapasya, you agree to this policy.

Refunds and cancellations are subject to the nature of the product or service purchased. Requests will be reviewed in accordance with the conditions outlined below.

My Tapasya reserves the right to approve or reject refund requests at its sole discretion where permitted by applicable law.


2. Physical Products

Returns and Replacements

Customers may request a replacement or refund if:

  • The product received is damaged during delivery.
  • The wrong product was delivered.
  • The product has a manufacturing defect.

Conditions

  • Requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
  • Proof of purchase and supporting photographs/videos may be required.
  • The product must be unused and returned in its original packaging where applicable.

Non-Returnable Items

Refunds or returns will generally not be accepted for:

  • Products damaged after delivery due to misuse.
  • Products showing signs of use.
  • Products returned without valid proof of purchase.

3. Digital Products

Digital products may include:

  • E-books
  • Audio files
  • Video content
  • Downloadable resources
  • Online spiritual content
  • Digital memberships

Due to the nature of digital content, all digital product purchases are generally non-refundable once access, download, or delivery has been provided.

Refunds may only be considered if:

  • The digital product was not delivered.
  • A technical issue prevents access and cannot be resolved by our support team.

4. Courses, Workshops & Programs

For online or offline courses, workshops, and training programs:

Before Program Access

Cancellation requests made before access is granted may be eligible for a refund, subject to administrative deductions if applicable.

After Program Access

Once access to course materials, recordings, resources, or sessions has been provided, refunds are generally not available.


5. Consultations and Spiritual Guidance Sessions

For consultations, coaching sessions, counseling, spiritual guidance, or similar services:

Cancellation by User

  • Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session may be eligible for rescheduling or refund.
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session may not qualify for a refund.

Missed Appointments

Failure to attend a scheduled session without prior notice may result in forfeiture of the booking amount.

Cancellation by My Tapasya

If a session is canceled by My Tapasya, users may choose:

  • Full refund, or
  • Rescheduling to another available date.

6. Events, Retreats & Special Programs

Refund eligibility for events, retreats, and special programs may vary based on the event.

Unless otherwise specified:

  • More than 15 days before the event: Up to 100% refund.
  • 7–15 days before the event: Up to 50% refund.
  • Less than 7 days before the event: No refund.

Any non-refundable booking, accommodation, travel, venue, or administrative costs may be deducted where applicable.


7. Membership Subscriptions

For recurring memberships:

  • Users may cancel future renewals at any time.
  • Cancellation will prevent future billing.
  • Current subscription fees already paid are generally non-refundable unless required by law.

Membership benefits remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.


8. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds will typically be processed within 7 to 14 business days.

Actual credit timelines may vary depending on:

  • Bank processing times
  • Payment gateway procedures
  • Card issuer policies
  • UPI or wallet providers

Refunds will generally be issued through the original payment method used for the purchase.


9. Fraudulent or Abusive Requests

My Tapasya reserves the right to refuse refunds where:

  • Fraudulent activity is suspected.
  • Abuse of refund policies is detected.
  • False claims are submitted.
  • Platform terms have been violated.

10. Force Majeure

Refunds may not be available for disruptions caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including:

  • Natural disasters
  • Government restrictions
  • Internet outages
  • Technical failures
  • Public emergencies

Alternative arrangements or rescheduling may be offered where feasible.
